Vapor

This is a light substance that is in the air and is diffused by the air. It’s most often very temporary. Smoke is a type of vapor, but steam is a mostly a safe vapor. The thing with vapor is it’s gone pretty quickly. The only way that is stays is that something supplies its source. The Word often refers to life like a vapor. If all of my life were put on a continuum, the spot that holds my 50+ years would be rather miniscule. I don’t have a lot of time on this earth to prepare for my eternal home so I need to make it count. Check this out….

I don’t necessarily need to be an “over achiever” with the life I have. I need to lay my life down and surrender who I think I am to who He wants me to become. I don’t need to be anything other than who He created me to be. I want the vapor of my life to be a sweet smelling incense to the Lord. I will say it again, I want to make my life count rather than count my days. I surrender all of me to Him.
