Nutcrackers Crack Me Up!

It’s Christmas time at my house and the tree is trimmed and things are looking good. My youngest son is into nutcrackers. It cracks me up the different styles, shapes, colors the large number of nutcrackers that we have. They are sitting around staring out in the room and it’s a bit creepy.

There’s a couple that actually big enough to crack nuts. You could actually probably put a pecan or a walnut in their mouth and “crunch”  – it would work. The rest are for show – actually they are all for show and they only come out at Christmas. We got a 3′ one as a gift the other day – love it! This little tradition that Matthew started a few years ago is really growing on me.   Still – they crack me up!
